Axobello B.V. ("Axodesk", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We are established in the Netherlands and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Axobello B.V., registered in the Netherlands, is the data controller for all personal data processed through this website and the Axodesk service.

Account data: email address and name when you register. Device data: serial numbers and labels of registered Axodesk hardware. Usage data: anonymised analytics (if you consent). Cookie preferences: your consent choices.
3. Why We Collect Data
To provide and maintain the Axodesk service, to manage your device registrations, to send essential service communications, and to improve our website (with your consent).
4. Legal Basis
Contract performance (account and device management), legitimate interest (service security and improvement), and consent (analytics and marketing cookies).
5. Data Storage & Transfers
Your data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area. We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for our database. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA unless required by a processor with adequate safeguards.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Device data is retained for as long as the device is registered. Audit logs (optional service) are retained for 12 months.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your explicit consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
8. Your Rights
