Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the Axodesk hardware and software. By purchasing or using Axodesk, you agree to these terms. Axodesk is a product of Axobello B.V., registered in the Netherlands.

1. Definitions

"Axodesk" refers to the hardware device and accompanying client software. "Service" refers to the optional hosted audit log service. "You" refers to the purchaser or end user.

2. Purchase & Ownership

The Axodesk device is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon payment you own the hardware outright. The client software is provided free of charge under a perpetual, non-exclusive license.

3. Optional Services

The hosted audit log service is billed monthly at the stated rate. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Axodesk for any unlawful purpose, to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to interfere with the service for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Axodesk software and branding are the intellectual property of Axobello B.V. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or modify the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Warranty

The Axodesk hardware comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or natural disasters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Axobello B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the device.

8. Privacy

Your use of Axodesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Axodesk dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
